Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! PowerTac offers free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states + DC). Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international orders are subject to carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, PowerTac offers multiple shipping options including standard and expedited shipping. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! PowerTac ships internationally to most countries worldwide. International orders are shipped in USD. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. What batteries does the Warrior GEN5 use?
The Warrior GEN5 uses one 18650 rechargeable Li-ion battery (included) or two CR123A batteries. It is NOT compatible with RCR123A or 16340 rechargeable batteries.
How do I charge my PowerTac flashlight?
Most PowerTac lights charge via a magnetic charging cable or integrated USB Type-C port. The included 18650 battery can also be charged in a standard 18650 charger.
What finishes are available on the Warrior GEN5?
The Warrior GEN5 is available in Black Anodized, Camo Cerakote, and Hunter Orange Cerakote.
Is the Warrior GEN5 waterproof?
Yes. The Warrior GEN5 is rated IPX8 and is submersible to two meters.
Warranty
What is PowerTac's warranty?
PowerTac offers a lifetime warranty on all flashlights against defects in materials and workmanship.
Are replacement 18650 batteries and chargers covered under warranty?
PowerTac's lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on our flashlights. Batteries and chargers are considered consumable accessories and are not covered under the lifetime warranty. However, if you receive a defective battery or charger, contact us within 30 days of purchase at sales@powertac.com or 919-239-4470 and we'll make it right.
