Step 1: Diagnose: please fill out the form on this page to submit a warranty ticket.
(Once this form is submitted we will help diagnose and find a solution to your issue).
Step2: Warranty Submission: Once our team has diagnosed the issue we may ask you to send the light to us. If this is the case we will direct you to complete the warranty submission form. This will generate a warranty / order number for tracking purposes.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
PowerTac warrants our illumination tools to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, including any LEDs housed within, for the lifetime of the original parts (the lifetime of the parts are specified by individual parts manufacturers). If it is determined by us to be defective, we will repair or replace your original purchase of these products, at our discretion.
The no hassle lifetime warranty does not cover modifications, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, repair by anyone other than powertac.
Repairs
If your Powertac product has a manufacturer's defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace it, at our option, without charge.
Most damaged Powertac products not covered by the warranty can still be repaired. please fill out our warranty/ repair form to begin the process to get a quote to repair your powertac light.
